Frequently Asked
How do I choose the right density?
Density correlates with low-frequency absorption. For bass trapping, higher density (80kg/m³+) is preferred.
Do you provide installation?
Yes, we have a network of certified contractors for commercial and industrial projects.
What is STC?
Sound Transmission Class (STC) measures how well a building partition attenuates airborne sound. Higher STC ratings indicate better sound blocking performance.
Insulation vs absorption?
Sound insulation blocks sound between rooms (measured in dB). Absorption reduces echo within a room (measured by NRC). A complete solution typically requires both.
What is NRC?
NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) measures absorption on a 0–1 scale. Our AcousPanel achieves 0.70–0.95 depending on thickness and mounting.
Best products for KTV rooms?
We recommend SG-E17 or SG-C10 boards, SG-CD50/WD50 dampers, AcousPanel for echo, and SG-AS65 sealant for all gaps.
Fire safety ratings?
All insulation boards are Class A (non-combustible). AcousPanel is Class B1 (flame retardant). Documentation available in each product datasheet.
