Complete wall and sound insulation solution for a private home entertainment room in Sungai Petani.

The homeowner desired a dedicated entertainment room for music and movies without disturbing family members in other parts of the house or neighbors. The room needed to accommodate high-volume audio systems while maintaining complete acoustic isolation. Key challenges included: - High sound pressure levels from home audio system - Structure-borne vibration from subwoofers - Integration with existing residential construction - Maintaining aesthetic appeal of the living space

We designed and implemented a comprehensive room-within-room acoustic treatment that addresses all pathways of sound transmission. **Wall Treatment:** - SG-E17 composite boards for primary sound insulation - SG-DM102 vibration damping mat throughout - SG-WD50 wall shock dampers to decouple from existing structure **Ceiling Treatment:** - SG-CD50 ceiling shock dampers for complete overhead isolation - Additional damping layers to prevent sound transmission to upper levels **Acoustic Finishing:** - AcousPanel polyester fibre panels for internal reverberation control - Custom color selection to match home interior design
