Sound insulation is the foundation of any effective soundproofing system. Our composite insulation boards are engineered with multi-layer construction, combining high-density calcium silicate, EPDM rubber damping cores, and fibre-reinforced backing to achieve maximum Sound Transmission Class (STC) ratings.
Our lineup includes the SG-E17, SG-C10, and SG-CN10 composite boards, each designed for specific installation requirements and performance targets. These products achieve reduction indices (Rw) of 32 to 35 dB in a single layer and can be combined with vibration isolation accessories to reach wall assembly ratings of STC 55 to 60.
All boards are Class A fire-rated (non-combustible), making them suitable for commercial and public building applications where fire safety compliance is mandatory.
